Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of our warehouse inspection.
